Triad of Fates - do the fate counters fall off in exile?

I know that for other cards, if you send them into exile then all attachments like enchantments and counters fall off. Does this happen with Triad of Fates, making it only able to flicker a creature every other turn rather than once per turn after the first?

9/15/2013: The creature that returns to the battlefield during the resolution of Triad of the Fates middle ability does so as a new object, with no memory of its previous existence. It wont have a fate counter on it.

Whenever an object changes zones, it loses all of its counters.
