The Locust God triggered ability.

I have The Locust God in play. I cast Read the Runes where X=4. Then draw 4 cards.
Will I create 4 insect tokens before I have to choose wich permanents to sacrifice and cards to discards, or does Read the Runes needs to completely resolves first ?
Do The Locust God's triggerd ability goes on the stack as soon as I draw the cards ?
Yep, you will not be able to sacrifice the insects to satisfy RtRs effect.
To get more technical: TLG triggers as the cards are drawn, but the triggers wait to be placed on the stack until the next time a player would receive priority, which is after RtR finishes resolving.

Read the Runes has to resolve fully before you put The Locust God's triggers on the stack.
