Thassa, God of the Sea - Quest for Ula's Temple

I was wondering...

Does the scry from Thassa, God of the Sea happen before or after the action of Quest for Ula's Temple , or are you able to choose to do one before the other?

You control both triggers, so you can stack them in whichever order you prefer. You can certainly stack Temple first and Thassa second, so that you can scry before the reveal.
