Teferi, Mystical Teachings, and Deck

Hello all, been a little while since I asked a question on here, so here goes:

Say I have Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir on the battlefield, and I cast Mystical Teachings. Because of Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir's wording, does this enable me to search for any creature in my deck?

Compare his text to that of Prophet of Kruphix. Prophet says "as though they had flash", however Teferi's ability actually gives the creature cards flash. And his ability specifically interacts with cards outside the battlefield, including those within my library, so why wouldn't this work? Does Mystical Teachings require the card to literally have the word "flash" printed on the card? If so, can you point me to where it says that? Thanks!

Yes, you could search for them creatures.
The rule of thumb in MtG is that the card modifies the rule. If Teferi says they have flash... they do, and then the condition of Mystical Teachings is met, allowing the search.
