Sundial of the Infinite

Please help me understand interactions between Sundial of the Infinite and until end of turn effects, namely, but not limited to, Xenagos, God of Revels or Craterhoof Behemoth

It's actually explained in the cards Rules text on the Gatherer page:

9/22/2011
If Sundial of the Infinites ability is activated before the end step, any at the beginning of the end step-triggered abilities wont get the chance to trigger that turn because the end step is skipped. Those abilities will trigger at the beginning of the end step of the next turn. The same is true of abilities that trigger at the beginning of other phases or steps (except upkeep).

Except that that's not what the question is about. Until end of turn effects will wear off, as the game skips right to the cleanup step which is where such effects wear off. This is covered by the reminder text:

Exile all spells and abilities on the stack. Discard down to your maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.

Right, so can I activate the sundial in response to those end of turn effects ending (I saw the ruling that players only get priority during the cleanup stage of the end step)? And if so, would it do anything?

No. You do not normally get priority during the cleanup step of the end phase. You do get priority of the end step of the end phase, which is when "At the beginning of the next end step" abilities trigger. During the cleanup step you discards down to hand size as a turn-based action, then remove all damage and all "until end of turn" and "this turn" effects end, also as a turn-based action. Then, state-based actions are checked. If any state-based actions are preformed or triggered abilities trigger then players will get priority and another cleanup step will be taken, until a cleanup step where no player gets priority occurs.
