Stampeding Wildebeests and Timbermare

I have a Stampeding Wildebeests and a Timbermare out. Do I have time to use the Stampeding Wildebeests ability before I have to pay the echo for the Timbermare ?

yes. you control both triggers so you get to decide what order they resolve in. or rather what order they get put on the stack which of course decides what order they resolve in.
