Split mana in commander/edh

I haven't been able to find an answer on this, I am running a deck with my commander Riku of Two Reflections and wanted to add Cemetery Puca but the mana on Cemetery Puca is split. Is it legal to add?

No, Cemetery Puca's color identity is . Any hybrid mana symbols like Puca's includes all colors in the hybrid symbol.

Note that because Commander is a social format, you and your playgroup may elect to pass a house rule that cards with hybrid mana costs can be played in decks containing only one of the colors.
