Specifics of the interaction of Mycosynth Lattice

I'm currently building a deck around the idea of using Reckless Fireweaver to damage the opponents by dropping artifacts.

I'm considering using a Mycosynth Lattice in the deck, but I'm unsure if the permanents enter the battlefield AS artifacts, or if they are turned into artifacts later on.

So the question is:If I have a Reckless Fireweaver and a Mycosynth Lattice in play and drop Arcum Dagsson, would he be an artifact and trigger Reckless Fireweaver?

Yes. Arcum Dagsson will enter as an artifact and will trigger Reckless Fireweaver.
