singing bell strike

If I enchant Savage Knuckleblade with Singing Bell Strike he is tapped obviously. But can the Knuckle blade controller still activate his abilities? I feel that since its not a tap ability just a pay ability you can. Any clarification would be helpful thanks

Yes, Savage Knuckleblade's abilities can still be activated. They don't have tap as part of their cost. They also don't care if he has summoning sickness. They can all be activated several times consecutively even (except for the first, because it has an attached condition), because of this- though gaining several instances of haste or putting multiple instances of bouncing him onto the stack at once is probably mostly pointless.
