Siegehorn Ceratops + Forerunner of the Empire + Raging Swordtooth

Here's the question... Siegehorn Ceratops (no counters on it) and Forerunner of the Empire are already out on the battlefield. If i then play Raging Swordtooth. Would the ceratops get the counters from the damage dealt by the forerunner and THEN take the damage from the raging swordtooth or are both damage happening at once therefore killing the ceratops before it gets any counters?

The ceratops will survive. Swordtooth enters the battlefield and triggers from both it and the forerunner want to be put on the stack at the same time. You get to choose in which order they will resolve, but it does not matter.
1/ Swordtooth trigger resolves, dealing one damage to everything else.
2/ Enrage triggers on Ceratops and is put on the stack above everything else (in this case, the forernner trigger). It gets 2 +1/+1 counters and has 1 damage marked on it.
3/ Forerunner trigger resolves. Same tring happens - 2 more counters and 1 more damage marked.
End result:
1 forerunner with 2 damage marked on it. 1 swordtooth with 1 damage marked on it. 1 Ceratops with 2 damage marked on it and 4 counters.
