shroud and Ring of Thune

if i have an equipped creature(with Ring of Thune ), dose shroud make that equippment fall of? if not, dose the effect of ring of thune go on one's i equipp that creature with shroud?

Shroud disallows targeting, but an attached equipment/aura doesn't target the thing it's attached to. A shroud creature can't be a target of an "Equip X" activated ability, and it can't be the target of an aura spell, but gaining shroud won't make an already attached equipment/aura fall off.

Note that protection will make an attached object fall off because that's one of the specific things that protection does.

Shroud makes it unable to be target by any spell or ability including your own. However, If Ring of Thune is equipped before the shroud is applied, then it would be fine. For example. Trying to equip it to Inkwell Leviathan would not work because it has shroud already and can't be targeted. However if you equipped Ring of Thune to a vanilla token, and then something like Lightning Greaves is equipped second, it would work perfectly.

thank you, i'm glad of your answers, so, if i equipp first ring of thune to a creature and then other shroud equippments, that creature continue to get +1 +1 at every turn?

Just be aware, once shroud is applied, you won't be able to equip anything else until you remove the shroud. :)
