scavenge and removal

do the counters from scavenge stay permanantly even if you remove them with Bioshift or anything else...

Also what about Wight of Precinct Six would those counters stay also even if removed with bioshift

Scavenge is an ability that just puts +1/+1 counters on a creature, so they act just like any other +1/+1 counter. They would never stay permanently if you removed them or moved them to something else.

With the Wight of Precinct Six, you need to be careful. It just gets a static +1/+1 for each creature card in your opponents' graveyards. It doesn't have any counters of any kind on it from its ability, its P/T is just being modified by its own static ability, and the information for that ability is constantly updated during the game.
