Sanctum Seeker and Bloodthirsty Aerialist

If i have Sanctum Seeker and Bloodthirsty Aerialist and 3 other Vampire on my Field and I going for an Attack with all 5 Vampires, Sanctum Seeker triggers 5 times for each Vampire and i going to have 5 times gaining 1 life, so Bloodthirsty Aerialist gets 5 times +1/+1 counters before her attack hits, right or not?

Does that means she gets her 5x +1/+1 counters to gona be a 7/8 Creature?

Assuming nothing else is influencing its power and toughness, yes, it would be a 7/8. Again, before blockers are declared.

Correct. Not only does Bloodthirsty Aerialist get its counters before it hits, it gets them before your opponent even chooses their blockers. Abilities which trigger "Whenever X attacks" go on the stack and resolve during the Declare Attackers step, which comes before the Declare Blockers step, which comes before the Combat Damage step, which is when creatures deal combat damage.
