Sacrificing Marchesa during your end step

I have a Disciple of Bolas and Marchesa, the Black Rose out (both with plenty of +1/+1 counters, of course). I cast Fleshbag Marauder and sac the Disciple. When the Disciple comes back, I pitch Marchesa to him, as she has the highest stats. My question is, does Marchesa come back at the beginning of the next player's end step, or do I need to send her back to the command zone to use her again?

You missed the point of my question. I understand Marchesa brings herself back, but what I'm unclear about is what happens in this specific situation because of timing. Marchesa can't trigger during your end step since the window already passed. I want to know if she will still come back at the beginning of the next player's end step.

Yes, she will. She is worded as "the beginning of the next end step", which means anybody's end step.

Gatherer is a useful tool with answers to the most common questions:
5/29/2014: If Marchesa has a +1/+1 counter on it when it dies, it will return to the battlefield under your control because of its own ability.
That is provided you do not send her to the command zone instead of the grave.
