Saccing creatures in combat phase: damage?

So I have 3 Dictate of Erebos out, and the other guy is swinging with Iroas, God of Victory , a 2/2, and another 19 damage worth in 1/1 tokens. So I block with 4 guys and all 4 of them will die in the combat damage step. Will my guys die at the same time I die from the tokens? Or will the tokens be sac'd before they deal their damage?

All combat damage in a single combat damage step is dealt simultaneously. In this case, creatures are destroyed due to lethal damage at the same time you lose the game for having 0 or less life (assuming the combat damage is enough to kill you).
The only way around this would be if your creatures died before the combat damage step (say, for example, they died due to first strike damage, or you killed them with instants or abilities before combat damage occurred). In that case, the ability would trigger before the game reaches the combat damage step during which the tokens would deal their damage.

Of course, in that setup, you're only taking 19 damage, so you might or might not die?

Combat damage is dealt simultaneously. Your guys and you will take damage at the same time, thus you will die. If first strike is involved, it becomes a slightly different deal, but you didn't mention that.
