Rune-Tail's Devotion?

Ok so I'm using Rune-Tail, Kitsune Ascendant as an example. but how mach devotion do the filp cards provide once they've been flipped?

A flipped card keeps the mana cost characteristic of the "un-flipped" state. Rune-Tail's Essence will still count for 1 devotion to white.

709.1c A flip card's color and mana cost don't change if the permanent is flipped. Also, any changes to it by external effects will still apply.

Flip cards retain their mana costs even after being flipped. They provide the same devotion regardless of whether it is flipped or not.

709.1c A flip cards color, mana cost, expansion symbol, illustration credit, and legal text dont change if the permanent is flipped. Also, any changes to it by external effects will still apply.
