Prime Speaker Zegana + Renegade Krasis

How many cards would i draw if i had Renegade Krasis in play and cast Prime Speaker Zegana ? Would her draw ETB occur before or after the evolve trigger?

If you properly stack the triggers, you could get 5 cards.
I'm going to assume Renegade Krasis is the only creature you control and has no counters on it.
Both Renegade Krasis 's evolve and Zegana's abilties will trigger when Zegana enters the battlefield with 3 +1/+1 counters. When you have multiple triggered abilities waiting to go on the stack, you may put them onto the stack in any order. If you put the Zegana trigger on first and then the Evolve trigger, the evolve trigger will resolve first, and then trigger Renegade Krasis 's 2nd triggered ability. This will then go on the stack above Zegana's and resolve, putting another counter on your 4/4 Zegana, making her a 5/5.

If multiple triggered abilities controlled by the same player would try to go onto the stack at the same time, that player decides what order to put them onto the stack. In your example, you decide whether to draw first or evolve first.
