Regenerate multiple deathtouch

3/3 Lotleth Troll attacks. Blocked by 2 1/1 deathtouchers. Do you need to regenerate twice.
To regenerate a creature really means to put a "shield" on the creature, and the next time that creature would be destroyed, instead tap it, remove it from combat, and remove all damage from it. Deathtouch only modifies the type of damage dealt (in this case, turning any damage into lethal damage), but it doesn't trigger or anything of the sort.
merrowMania is perfectly correct in that your creature will only be destroyed once (state-based actions would see it having received lethal damage, regardless from how many sources), however even if one of the 1/1s had First Strike, regenerating your creature would remove it from combat upon receiving First Strike damage, and therefore never have the second 1/1 deal damage to it.

You only need to regenerate once. Multiple 'destuctions' that would occur at the same time are replaced with one regen shield.
