Regarding Panharmonicon

I think I understand this card, but want to be certain. If I have Panharmonicon on the field and then cast Manic Scribe does my opponent mill three or six cards? I believe it's three, but want to make sure.

Gatherer:

• Panharmonicon affects an artifact or creatures own enters-the-battlefield triggered abilities as well as other triggered abilities that would trigger when an artifact or creature enters the battlefield. Such triggered abilities start with when or whenever.
