Reanimate on Iona, Shield of Emeria and responding

I am at 12 life and i'm casting Reanimate, targeting Iona, Shield of Emeria (on red). Is there a window for my opponent to kill me with lightning bolt? Thanks!

Yes, in response to the Reanimate or in response to her ETB triggered ability hitting the stack.

Though the life loss doesn't happen until Reanimate has already put Iona onto the battlefield, your opponent knows you targeted Iona when you cast Reanimate. Your opponent can Bolt you before Reanimate starts resolving. After it finally does resolve you'll lose the game for having 0 life.
If, instead, your opponent waits for you to reanimate Iona (choosing a color as she comes back) and lose life then it's too late to respond. He can't Bolt you in that case.

@Cryptomancer: Iona doesn't have any ETB triggers (triggers start with "when/whenever/at"). Rather, she has a replacement effect (has "as/with/instead/prevent" somewhere in the text) that modifies how she enters the battlefield.
