question on Psychic Surgery

Does Psychic Surgery stack if you have two on the field or does it just activate once if a opponent shuffles their library? And if it does stack how does that work? Would I just exile the top two cards of opponents library?

Note that nothing activates. Psychic Surgery has a triggered ability, which triggers when the trigger condition is met. Only activated abilities can be activated.

The effects do stack. When an opponent shuffles their library, both triggers will go on the stack in any order you choose. As the first one resolves, you may look at the top two cards of that library, choose to exile up to one of those cards, then put the rest back in any order. Then when the second one resolves, you get to do it again.
This means that you can exile one, two or no card at all in total, but if you don't exile a card during the first ability's resolution, you'll just look at the same two cards the second time - possibly in a different order.
