Your question is a bit hard to understand. I'm going to do my best to answer what I think your question is, please ask for clarification if what I answer isn't what you were asking.

If you attack with Kaalia of the Vast and put Aurelia, the Warleader in tapped and attacking you will not get a second combat step that turn. "When this creature attacks" triggers when the creature is declared attacking. Creatures that enter tapped and attacking were never declared attacking and so their on attack triggers don't trigger.

If you have Aurelia on the field already you will be able to put a dragon/angel/demon into play tapped and attacking on both combat phases since Kaalia triggers any time she attacks, not just the first time each turn.

my question was simple aurelia and kaalia are already on battelfield !!
STEP1 ..i attack !! STEP2 ..put angel/demon/dragon on battlefield tap that attacking!! STEP3 .. second combat phase (my question is here) the angel/demon/dragon played that i put at my first combat phase is able to attack or not able to attack during my second combat phase?

The Utvara Hellkite that was put in during the first combat phase will not be able to attack during the second because it will have summoning sickness. You may ignore this if an ability or effect gives it haste.

Note: you will not get a 6/6 dragon token from the first combat phase because it was not declared as an attacker.

Yeah I realized English wasn't your first language that is why I requested that you ask for clarification if I didn't answer your question. As Raging_Squiggle said; the creature you put in the first combat step off of Kaalia's ability will not be able to attack in the second combat phase unless it has haste. It will have summoning sickness.

Summoning sickness applies to any creature that you have not continuously controlled since the beginning of your most recent turn.

However, summoning sickness only affects (and untap) abilities and whether the creature can be declared as an attacker. To declare a creature as an attacker, you announce it as an attacker during the declare attackers step. Spells and abilities that put a creature onto the battlefield attacking something cause that creature to become an "attacking creature," but that creature never "attacked" (it was never declared as an attacker).

So whatever you bring in with Kaalia will have summoning sickness unless it has haste, but that summoning sickness doesn't affect the fact that Kaalia puts the creature onto the battlefield attacking.

Even permanents with haste have summoning sickness, they can just attack and tap as if they didn't. If haste is taken away via something like Humility the permanent can no longer ignore the effects of the summoning sickness it already had.

302.6. A creatures activated ability with the tap symbol or the untap symbol in its activation cost cant be activated unless the creature has been under its controllers control continuously since his or her most recent turn began. A creature cant attack unless it has been under its controllers control continuously since his or her most recent turn began. This rule is informally called the summoning sickness rule.

Being put on to the battlefield tapped and attacking is not the same as being declared as an attacker. A creature with Defender could technically be put on the battlefield tapped and attacking via an ability such as that from Kaalia of the Vast.
