Question about a manifested Aphetto Runecaster

If I manifest Aphetto Runecaster , then turn it face up, it would draw a card from its own ability correct? I assume it works just like other flip cards that recognize themselves.

You will draw a card. Cards trigger off themselves being turned face up/dying/entering the battlefield and will trigger unless the ability specifically states "whenever another permanent".
