Quest for Ula's Temple?

After putting three counters on Quest for Ula's Temple, can I keep putting Kraken, Leviathan, Octopus, or Serpent creatures on the field each turn afterwards, or do I need to put another three counters on Ula's Temple before I can add another creature?

Yes. It says ''at the beginning of EACH end step....'' So on your opponents end steps you can put a leviathan, kraken, octopus, or serpent onto the battlefield.

Once the counters are on there, they stay there until either the Quest leaves the battlefield or something specifically removes them (really just Vampire Hexmage, or maybe Giant Fan if someone is being silly). Quest for Ula's Temple isn't one of the quests that require you to remove counters to get the benefit (Quest for the Holy Relic, Quest for the Gemblades, etc.), so once you have enough you'll be getting the benefit every turn.

So long as there are still three counters on Quest for Ula's Temple (neither triggered ability tells you to remove counters), you may place a new creature on the battlefield from your hand.
