Prophet of Kruphix X Winter Orb

So if i have both Prophet of Kruphix and Winter Orb in play would i untap only one land on each other players turn? Or all on others turns and only on on mine?

You would untap all permanents you control during each other player's untap step, and only one land during your own.

They would all untap on other player's untap steps. Notice that the Orb only says during your untap step does this happen, and how Prophet says each other player's untap steps. You'd only untap one thing in your turn, but untap everything on other player's turns.
