Priority during combat phase

my enemy has Nantuko Husk on the board, with a couple of filler creatures. He declares that nantuko is attacking. My hand has Foul-Tongue Invocation and Ultimate Price
Obviously the best time to ultimate price is after nantuko sacs everything, but do I have priority to do it?
Same thing for Foul-tongue, can i play it after he sacs everything after i say no blockers? Do i ever have priority after he sacs everything?

Steps and phases don't advance until each player has passed priority over an empty stack. So after he has sacced everything on the end of declare blockers you will get priority and will be able to cast your kill spell.
