Primal Surge stack interactions.

I have a Ruric Thar, the Unbowed's Primal Surge deck (original, I know :p)And when the primal surge resolves there are A LOT of etb effects on the stack. Normally I can manipulate these to be ordered in the way I so choose. Which is to make various damages occur first, which leaves a dead opponent(s). Do I have to finish the stack after everyone else is dead?It would take some serious finagling to work around the etb draws which would obviously be detrimental to the whole "winning the game" thing.

Players who have 0 or less life lose the game as a state based action (between resolution of abilities). Once all your opponents have left the game, assuming your still in the game, you win! Don't have to wait for the stack to finish resolving or anything.
One note, in case your unaware, when resolving primal surge, the permanents enter one at a time, so abilities will only trigger off of things that enter after them. That said, all the triggers go on the stack at the same time, so you are of course able to order the stack as you choose.
