Pir & Toothy

I just want to make sure I understand this card interaction correctly. If I have Pir, Imaginative Rascal and Toothy, Imaginary Friend on the board and I cast Divination I would put 4 +1/+1 counters on Toothy, right? Toothy looks at each drawn card separately so Pir's ability triggers twice.

Yes, that's right. Anything that triggers "whenever you draw a card" will trigger separately for each card drawn. In your example Toothy will trigger twice and Pir's ability will be applied to the result of each trigger.
