Panharmonicon

1. Let's say i have Panharmonicon on the field and I also have Durable Handicraft. When a creature enters under my control an I choose to pay 1 mana to trigger the effect of Durable Handicraft. Does the effect trigger an additional time from the Panharmonicon ?

2. If Panharmonicon is on the field and I cast Cogworker's Puzzleknot do I get two tokens?

1. You don't pay to trigger the ability. It triggers off of a creature entering your battlefield. You pay it during the resolution of the trigger. Panharmonicon will have the ability trigger an additional time, but you will not be able to only pay once and get the effect twice. You would have to pay it once for each trigger.

2. 9/20/2016 Panharmonicon affects an artifact or creatures own enters-the-battlefield triggered abilities as well as other triggered abilities that would trigger when an artifact or creature enters the battlefield. Such triggered abilities start with "when" or "whenever."
