Panharmonicon and Winding Constrictor

If i were to have Panharmonicon and Winding Constrictor on the field and I play something like Rishkar, Peema Renegade, constrictor would trigger, but would Panharmonicon trigger for Constrictor?Thanks in advance. :)
Also, for similar situations, Panharmonicon does not cause triggered abilities that trigger from the result of an ETB trigger to trigger additional times, that is, While it doubles Rishkar, Peema Renegade's ability it would not cause the ability of Animation Module to trigger additional times from Rishkar, Peema Renegade's ability. Also, like Winding Constrictor, Panharmonicon doesn't trigger, rather it causes triggered abilities to trigger an extra time.

Animation module don't have any etb abilities. It has a triggered ability that happens when counters are placed on a creature. Which in the case stated would trigger up to 4 times. The first etb ability puts counters on up to two creatures which trigger the module,then the second trigger from the etb ability would cause up to two creatures(which can be the same creatures) will trigger the module also. The winding constrictor does not trigger another time, as it is a replacement effect. But will cause each target of the etb ability to put 2 counters on the creatures each time it resolves. So the module would trigger 4 times total if you have at least 2 creatures on the field.

Yes, things that have ETB triggers trigger twice with Panharmonicon.

Winding Constrictor doesn't have a triggered ability.
What it has are two replacement effects that look for a certain event to take place, in this case putting counters on an artifact or creature you control, or on you.
Panharmonicon will cause Rishkar, Peema Renegade's ability to trigger twice, and the Constrictor will put an additional +1/+1 counter on each creature you target with the abilities.
