Pako and Haldan
Asked by Mibz117 3 years ago
So i was playing against a Pako and Haldan in EDH. My opponent has exiled plenty of cards with Pako.
I then take control of Haldan. Can i cast the exiled cards? And if my opponent continues exiling, can i cast those as well?
Im assuming no because Haldans abilities indicates "you exiled" which i didn't, my opponent did. But just wanted to be sure.

You are correct, you're only able to play cards you exiled. As your opponent exiled them with Pako, Arcane Retriever you will not be able to cast them, and your opponent will be able to if they ever control Haldan, Avid Arcanist again.
