Ophiomancer question

So if I have 4x Ophiomancer on the field and no snakes on the field, do I get 4 snakes or one on the next upkeep?

Triggered abilities that have the "intervening if" clause (As in, that say "When/whenever/at something something, IF Y, Then Z") check for the trigger condition before they go on the stack and then again when they try to resolve.

So all four Ophiomancers will see you have no snakes and trigger, but then when the first one resolves and gives you a snake, the others will see upon resolution that you do indeed have a snake, and fail to make one.

You'll only get one snake.

All 4 Ophiomancer will trigger, but you'll only get 1 snake from the first trigger to resolve. The rest will see a snake on the field as they in turn resolve and will not put another into play.

"If the ability does trigger, but you control a Snake when it tries to resolve, the ability will do nothing. No Snake token will be created." From the gatherer rulings.
