omniscience interactions

So, I'm working on a commander deck built around Ramos, Dragon Engine (Please give me suggestions this is my first EDH deck). I was considering the card Omniscience and was wondering how it might interact with a card like Epic Experiment. I've also been wondering what would happen with Villainous Wealth being cast off of an Epic Experiment?

When you cast a spell with in its mana cost "without paying its mana cost," is automatically . You can't change this. So if you cast Epic Experiment or Villainous Wealth off of Omniscience or Epic Experiment, you won't get to exile/cast any cards or exile any of your opponent's library.
