Omnath vs Goblin sharpshooter

Goblin Sharpshooter has deathtouch and he pings Omnath, Locus of Rage both the 3 damage and the untap trigger will go on the stack is there a way to order the stack that the goblin could also ping omnath's elementals before omnath's 3 damage can take out the goblin or will active/non active player get in the way.

Assuming that you control Goblin Sharpshooter and your opponent controls Omnath, Locus of Rage, it depends on whose turn it is.

When multiple triggered abilities are to go on the stack at the same time, and more than one controller is involved, then the abilities go on the stack in APNAP order.

If it's your turn, your Goblin Sharpshooter's untap ability will go on first as you're the active player. Then the Omnath death trigger will go on the stack because your opponent is the non-active player, and will resolve first.

However, if it's your opponent's turn, they're the active player so their trigger will go on the stack first, followed by yours, and your goblin will untap before the Omnath trigger resolves, allowing you to tap it again.

If both cards are controlled by the same player, then that player controls both death triggers and would be able to order them as they please (though why they would do this to themselves is a whole other question).
