Omnath and Kruphix at the same time mana storage?

In what way would your mana be stored if this were to happen? Would just Green mana be kept and all else colorless or is Omnath overruled by Kruphix? I'm not sure on the ruling, if anyone knows i appreciate it.

Omnath, Locus of Mana
Omnath says "green mana doesn't empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end"
Kruphix has a replacement ability which says: "If unused mana would empty from your mana pool, that mana becomes colorless instead."
Omnath means green mana won't empty from your mana pool, so let's say you had 4 red mana, 4 blue mana and 4 green mana, and both of these dudes out, at the end of the next step or phase, you'd have 8 colourless and 4 green.
