Olivia, Mobilized for War and Goblin Dark-Dwellers

If I cast Goblin Dark-Dwellers with Olivia, Mobilized for War on the battlefield and discard a Kolaghan's Command to give the goblin haste and +1/+1 could I then cast the Kolaghan's Command with the goblins?

Unfortunately not. When the Dark-Dwellers enters the battlefield, all triggers need to be put on the stack (assuming they have legal targets, if any). So when you go to put all the triggers on the stack, the Command is still in your hand.
