Can I cast Nylea, God of the Hunt with Nikya of the Old Ways on the field? Additionally, is there any way to shut down the "You can't cast noncreature spells" ability?

According to the Gatherer rulings, "The type-changing ability that can make the God not be a creature functions only on the battlefield. It’s always a creature card in other zones, regardless of your devotion to its color." Therefore, you can cast Nylea, God of the Hunt with a Nikya of the Old Ways on the field.
As for shutting down Nikya's ability, as far as I know, there is no way to remove just the first ability without also removing the mana-doubling ability. Furthermore, all of these effects are on noncreature permanents, thus making it rather difficult to cast them with a Nikya out. This is the Scryfall search I did to find that out.
