Kicker is an additional cost. When you cast a spell without paying its mana cost, you are casting it for an alternate cost. You may still pay optional additional costs, and you must still pay mandatory additional costs.

Morph is an alternate casting cost. You cannot pay two alternate costs, and Narset, Enlightened Master 's ability states that in order to cast the exiled cards, you must do so using the specified alternate cost (i.e. without paying its mana cost). You can't morph any of the exiled cards.

Replicate is an additional cost. As stated above, you can pay it.

Whenever you cast a spell with X in its mana cost, you only declare a value for X if you are paying its mana cost. If you cast the spell without paying its mana cost, then X is set to 0 by default.

Overload is an alternate casting cost. See above; you can't pay it.

When playing a spell without paying its mana cost:

  1. You may pay any optional costs (kicker is an optional cost)

  2. You may not pay alternate casting costs (morph is an alternate casting cost)

  3. You may pay any optional costs (replicate is an optional cost)

  4. X is 0

  5. You may not pay alternate casting costs (overload is an alternate casting cost)

I think the only thing you didn't cover with your questions was additional costs (such as Tormenting Voice ) and you must pay additional costs.
