Narset, Enlighted Master and Illusionist's Bracers

If Narset is equiped with Illusionist's Bracers, do I get to copy the triggered ability? Is the attack considered activating the ability for the purpose of the bracers?

No, Illusionist's Bracers only copies activated abilities which require a cost and Narset, Enlightened Master's ability is a triggered ability (when, whenever, etc..), which happens when certain conditions are met.
