Multiple Hero of Iroas, Multiple Triggers ?

If I have 3 Hero of Iroas in play and have a spell that targets one of them, do all 3 get the +1/+1?
You would instead want a card with strive (Ajani's Presence) or replicate (Leap of Flame) or a similar ability, which allows you to target multiple creatures.

Replicate doesn't work as heroic requires you to actually cast the spell that targets. Some cards can have multiple targets without strive though, like Gird for Battle or Cauldron Haze

No. When a card says it's name, it refers only to itself.
