Multicolor cards

Hello guys
This may be a stupid question, but recently I've came upon some questions. Let's say my opponent has a Prophet of Kruphix and I have a Mother of Runes and a Glory Seeker. I tap the Mother to give protection against blue to seeker and attack with him. Can Kruphix block it or not? The fact that Seeker has protection against blue, means that he has protection against Kruphix?

This works. A multicolored card is all of its colors, and protection just checks whether an object has the protected-against characteristic. Protection against blue works against Prophet of Kruphix, which is both blue and green.
