Mountain + Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth + Cabal Coffers

Part 1 "For my Understanding"

If I use a Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth with a Mountain that means I can also tap for a Swamp on top of being able to tap for a Mountain?

Part 2a "Only If I was Right about Part 1"

Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth says, word for word "Each land is a Swamp in addition to its other land types." does this mean I can tap Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth for a Swamp?

Part 2b "Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth used with Lands that have an activated ability"

If I use Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth with Cabal Coffers would it affect the activated ability it has or would it stay the same and just be able to tap for a Swamp?

Part 3 the BIG QUESTION

If I have 2 Mountains, a Swamp and a Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in play, then I play a Cabal Coffers and say I tap a Swamp and a Mountain to use Cabal Coffers ability wouldn't I get 5 additional Swamps added to mana pool because how I have 2 Mountains that are also Swamp, a Swamp and a Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth and the Cabal Coffers that is now also a Swamp?

First, when talking about mana, you should refer to it as "Black Mana" or use the symbol (click the island symbol on the post utility bar for a drop down menu of mana symbols). Swamp refers to the land, not the colour of mana--using Swamp for both can get a bit confusing when we are talking about both the land and the mana it produces.

Part 1:

The Mountain will be a Basic Swamp Mountan, and can tap for either or (but not both at the same time).

Part 2a:

Tomb of Urborg will be a nonbasic Swamp and can tap for .

Part 2b:

Cabal Coffers will now be a nonbasic Swamp. It retains all previous abilities, but gains ": Add ." You will still have the option of activating its normal ability.

Part 3:

This is correct--you have 5 swamps in play, and thus can add 5 mana.
