playing against dredge player plays Lotlethtroll then a Gravecrawler from the graveyard boom thats 2 creature cast so Vengevine comes in to play with haste and I play Mindbreak Trap can I exile the lotleth and gravecrawler with the vengvine even if they resolved?
No, for several reasons:
1/ Only two spells are cast -Lotleth Troll and Gravecrawler. The condition of Mindbreak Trap to cost 0 is not fulfilled.
2/ Vengevine is not cast - it has a triggered ability, so you cannot counter that with Trap.
3/ Lotleth Troll has already resolved by the time it is possible to cast Gravecrawler.
4/ You cannot retroactively counter cards like Troll or Crawler which have already resolved.

No you cannot. By the time they resolve they are no longer spells and are rather permanents. Spells are only spells on the stack, permanents on the battlefield, and cards anywhere else.
It's also worth noting that Vengevine is not being cast so you would have to pay the for it because your opponent only cast two spells.
