Master of Cruelties with Kaalia

If Kaalia of the Vast attacks and then puts Master of Cruelties onto the battlefield, Master of Cruelties effects will trigger as normal because the "can only attack alone" effect is only effected when attackers are declared correct?

Yes, this is an combo that will kill one opponent if both are unblocked, and they don't have a way to prevent the damage from Kaalia or a way to gain life at instant speed.
Kaalia of the Vast attacks and triggers her ability
Master of Cruelties is put on the battlefield attacking.
neither are blocked.
Master of Cruelties's ability reduces the opponent's life to 1.
Kaalia of the Vast deals 2 damage, killing the opponet if they have no way to stop it, or increase their life total at instant speed.
