Marchesa, the Black Rose and Undying

So how does Marchesa, the Black Rose
interact with the Undying mechanic? I'm putting together a EDH deck with her as my general, and I'm not sure if I should include undying creatures. It looks like to me their two abilities would cancel each other out, and the undying creature would remain in the graveyard.
Specifically, when a creature with no counters on it dies, and it has undying, Undying will bring it back with a +1/+1 counter.
Then when it dies again, because it has a +1/+1 counter, Marchesa, the Black Rose will bring it back with no counter on it.
Then if it dies again, Undying fires off again and back it comes.
It's actually a nice synergy, rather than a cancelling out.

Marchesa, the Black Rose and undying are two completely separate triggers. Undying triggers when a creature without a +1/+1 counter dies and Marchesa creates a delayed trigger whenever a creature without a +1/+1 counter dies. There is no problem with putting creatures with undying into your deck. It will just make everything even harder to kill.
