Lifelink Chalice of Death with Sydri, Galvanic Genius' abilities?

If I'm playing Sydri, Galvanic Genius and I have a Chalice of Life Flip flipped. Can I use Sydri's abilities to make Chalice of Death Flip first a creature then have lifelink?
I'm not sure because her first ability says 'Target noncreature artifact becomes an artifact creature with power and toughness each equal to its converted mana cost until end of turn' is Chalice of Death Flip's power and toughness 0 or does it keep the 3 from Chalice of Life Flip?

Also Chalice of Death Flip causes life loss, not damage. Since it doesn't do damage; even if you have an anthem out or something preventing it from dying it would not gain you life off of lifelink with its tap ability.

Thanks! I did suspect that was the case. Can you use Sydri's abilities to turn artifacts in the graveyard into creatures?

When an effect uses the name of a permanent type or subtype (Land, Creature, Equipment, Goblin, etc.) and doesn't either say "spell" or say "card" and name another zone then it only means a permanent of that type/subtype on the battlefield. Sydri's abilities can't target artifact cards in the graveyard.

No, the flip side of any flip card has a CMC of 0:
711.2b While a double-faced permanents back face is up, it has only the characteristics of its back face. The back face doesnt have a mana cost; it has the colors in its color indicator (see rule 202.2e), if any.
