Are you allowed to have two Nyxthos, shrine to Nyx out at the same time? Or do they fall under the same rules as plains walkers? Are Legendary Creatures falling under this as well?

If you control 2 legendary permanents with the same name, one of them is put into your graveyard as a state-based action. This is known as the "legend rule".

If you control 2 planeswalkers with the same subtype, one of them is put into your graveyard as a state-based action. This is known as the "planeswalker uniqueness rule".

However, you can have multiple of the same legendary permanent out with Mirror Gallery.
