Lazav copying Midnight Reaper and Sweeper

If there is Lazav, the Multifarious copying Midnight Reaper, and there are also some other creatures, and then Deafening Clarion or Cleansing Nova is cast, will the owner of Lazav draw a card for each creature that died on their side?

Yes, the game uses objects as they existed immediately before an event to see if any abilities trigger. Lazav, the Multifarious is the creature he copies with the few minor changes noted on his card. He has all abilities of those creatures and therefore he had Midnight Reaper's ability in your example.
