In a multiplayer game if I kill a player who is using Beguiler of Wills do the stolen creatures go back to their owners?

Yes. Beguiler of Wills' ability is a control-changing effect, which ends when the player controlling that control-changing effect leaves the game. So creatures stolen with Beguiler of Wills will go back to their owners.
Other things that happen, in order:
All objects the player owns leave the game
That player's control-changing effects end
Any spells or abilities that player still controls on the stack cease to exist
Anything still controlled by that player at this point is exiled (such as if It That Betrays put a nontoken creature someone else sacrificed onto the battlefield under the leaving player's control), as there's no "previous owner" for that instance of the thing.
