but only if he is a creature. once he becomes an enchantment again the equipment falls off

If you mean to ask if Keranos, God of Storm's triggered ability that deals 3 damage to a target creature or player will be "deathtouch damage" then yes. If a creature has deathtouch then any damage from that source will destroyed by state based actions as per this rule:
702.2c A creature with toughness greater than 0 thats been dealt damage by a source with deathtouch since the last time state-based actions were checked is destroyed as a state-based action.
